Destek Varlık Yönetim A.Ş is an asset management company which was established on 08.05.2013 in accordance with the establishment permit dated 28.03.2013 and numbered 5248 granted by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and which started its operations as from 11.12.2013. The company’s paid in capital is 10.000.000 TL. Establishment decision was promulgated on 14.05.2013 in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette numbered 8319.

Principles of establishment and operations of Asset Management Companies established in accordance with the Regulation on the Establishment and Operations of Asset Management Companies promulgated by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency in the Official Gazette dated 1 October 2002 and numbered 24893 within the scope of the Law on Restructuring of Debts to Financial Sector numbered 4743 were re-regulated with Article 143 of the Banking Law numbered 5411 promulgated in the Official Gazette dated 01.11.2005 and numbered 25983. The new Regulation on Asset Management Companies drafted by the BRSA in accordance with the Articles 93 and 143 of the Banking Law was put into effect by promulgation in the Official Gazette numbered 01.11.2006. Asset Management Companies, including the ones established before the promulgation date of the Banking Law numbered 5411, conduct their operations in line with the provisions of the said regulation and Banking Law and subject to BRSA audit.
